  • 12 ounce Pie crust
  • 1.5 cup Tomatillos
  • 2 cup Strawberries
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the tomatillos, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lime juice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
