Ingredients
  • 2 cup Sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 9-inch Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the cooked sweet potatoes.
  3. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
