Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour and ground almonds, mixing until well combined.

Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the dough.

Roll out the remaining dough and cut into strips. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern over the jam.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
