  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crust
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 0.5 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crust and press it into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the key lime juice to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with lime zest.
