  3. Add the cooked lentils, olive oil, and lemon juice to the food processor. Blend until the mixture forms a thick paste.
  4. Transfer the lentil mixture to a bowl and stir in the breadcrumbs. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in a pan with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
