  • 250 gram Shrimp
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper
  • 1 unit Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper
  • 1 unit Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shrimp, lemon juice, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the potato cakes until golden brown on both sides.
