  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set.
  7. Before serving, spread the whipped topping over the cheesecake. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
