  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pans.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add lemonade concentrate, flour, vanilla extract, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Beat until well combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the cakes are set and lightly golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of powdered sugar on top. Place the second cake layer on top and dust with more powdered sugar.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
