  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
