  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
