Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In another bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the lemon custard mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
