  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream. Begin and end with the dry ingredients.
  5. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. For the streusel topping, combine the flour, sugar, butter, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Mix until crumbly.
  7. Spread half of the cake batter into the prepared pan. Spoon the cream cheese filling over the batter, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining cake batter.
  8. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the cake batter.
