Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 cup Mixed berries
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 unit Egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and butter.
  6. Brush the egg yolk mixture over the edges of the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let the pie cool for 2 hours.
  9. Serve with whipped cream on top.
