Ingredients
  • 2 cup Leftover turkey
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk until smooth.
  4. Add the leftover turkey and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until heated through.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, trimming any excess. Cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
