Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Stir in raisins and chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
