In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a pie dish.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

Top with crushed pineapple.

Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the pineapple.
