Crush the chocolate cookies and mix them with melted butter.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the crust.

Add a layer of strawberry ice cream on top of the vanilla ice cream.

Repeat with a layer of chocolate ice cream.

Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, remove the cake from the pan and decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles.
