Crush the chocolate cookies and mix them with melted butter.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

Spread one quart of vanilla ice cream over the crust.

Freeze for 1 hour.

Spread one quart of strawberry ice cream over the vanilla ice cream layer.

Freeze for 1 hour.

Spread the remaining quart of vanilla ice cream over the strawberry ice cream layer.

Freeze for 1 hour.

Remove the cake from the springform pan and place it on a serving plate.

Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
