  1. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix them with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Spread one quart of vanilla ice cream over the crust.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour.
  5. Spread one quart of strawberry ice cream over the vanilla ice cream layer.
  6. Freeze for 1 hour.
  7. Spread the remaining quart of vanilla ice cream over the strawberry ice cream layer.
  8. Freeze for 1 hour.
  9. Remove the cake from the springform pan and place it on a serving plate.
  10. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  11. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Serve chilled.
