Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram Unsalted butter
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 60 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour four ramekins. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until well combined. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let the cakes rest in the ramekins for 5 minutes. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate and gently tap to release the cakes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
