  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, raspberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Roll out the second pie crust and cut it into lattice strips.
  6. Create a lattice pattern on top of the fruit mixture using the pie crust strips.
  7. Brush the lattice crust with beaten egg and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
  8. Place the pie on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
