Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pie crust
  • 1 pound Sausage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage, onion, and garlic until the sausage is browned and the onion is softened.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  5. Spread the sausage mixture over the pie crust.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
  7. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Roll out the second pie crust and cut it into strips.
  9. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie by weaving the strips over and under each other.
  10. Trim any excess pie crust.
  11. Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
  12. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
