  • 500 gram Lamb
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 2 piece Potato
  • 50 gram Flour
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 300 ml Beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 1 piece Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pan, heat some oil and brown the lamb.
  3. Add chopped onion, carrot, and potato to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Gradually add beef stock, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture thickens.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a pie dish.
  7. Cover the dish with puff pastry and brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  9. Allow the pie to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
