  • 500 gram Lamb
  • 300 gram Sausage
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 50 gram Flour
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 300 ml Beef Stock
  • 30 ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 piece Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the lamb. Cook until browned and then transfer to a plate.
  3. In the same pan, cook the sausages until browned and then transfer to the plate with the lamb.
  4. Add the onion, carrot, and garlic to the pan and cook until softened.
  5. Return the lamb and sausages to the pan and sprinkle with flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Gradually add the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  7. Add the rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a pie dish and cover with puff pastry.
  9. Beat the egg and brush it over the pastry.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
  11. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
