  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve lemon JELL-O in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until JELL-O thickens. Remove any remaining ice cubes.
  3. Stir in cold water, cool whip, lemon zest, and lemon juice into the JELL-O mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk lemon instant pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over the crust.
  5. Pour the JELL-O mixture over the pudding layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
