  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Kool-Aid powder, cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
