Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions.

Bake the cake in a greased 9x13-inch pan and let it cool completely.

In a separate bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding mix according to the package instructions.

Crush the vanilla sandwich cookies in a food processor until they resemble kitty litter.

Add green food coloring to the crushed cookies and mix well.

Once the cake has cooled, crumble it into a large bowl.

Mix in the prepared vanilla pudding.

Place half of the kitty litter mixture into the plastic cat litter box.

Sprinkle half of the Tootsie Rolls over the kitty litter mixture.

Add the remaining kitty litter mixture on top.

Place the remaining Tootsie Rolls on top, partially burying them.
