  2. Bake the cake in a rectangular pan and let it cool completely.
  3. Prepare the chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes separately according to the package instructions.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl to resemble kitty litter.
  5. Mix in the chocolate and vanilla pudding to resemble clumps of kitty litter.
  6. Add green food coloring to the crushed vanilla cookies and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle the green cookie crumbs over the kitty litter mixture to resemble grass.
  8. Microwave the Tootsie Rolls for a few seconds to soften them.
  9. Shape the Tootsie Rolls into small poop-like shapes and place them on top of the cake.
