Prepare the devil's food cake mix according to the box instructions.

While the cake is baking, prepare the vanilla pudding mix.

Crush the vanilla sandwich cookies until they resemble kitty litter and set aside.

Once the cake has cooled, crumble it into a large mixing bowl.

Mix in the prepared vanilla pudding until well combined.

Add 6 drops of green food coloring and mix until the color is uniform.

Stir in the crushed vanilla sandwich cookies until evenly distributed.

Shape Tootsie Rolls into small oval shapes and place them on top of the cake to resemble cat feces.

Allow the cake to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
