  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until just combined.
