  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked ramen noodles and press them down to form a cake. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the bottom is crispy.
  3. Flip the noodle cake and cook for another 5 minutes or until the other side is crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
  5. Transfer the noodle cake to a serving plate. Top with kimchi, fried eggs, sliced green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
