  • 2 cup Pie Crust
  • 3 pound Apples
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. Peel, core, and slice the apples.

  5. Add the sliced apples and lemon juice to the bowl and toss until coated.
