  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • optional for garnish Lime slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled with whipped cream and lime slices for garnish if desired.
