Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  5. Fill each liner with the batter, about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cupcakes to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting.
