Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the milk and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
