Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, Kahlua liqueur, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.

Stir in boiling water until the batter is well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
