Ingredients
  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua liqueur
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
  • to taste for garnish Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, instant chocolate pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, brewed coffee, and Kahlua liqueur. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Spread whipped cream over the top of the cake.
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
