  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the canned pumpkin, eggs, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and evaporated milk. Mix well.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from heat and crumble into small pieces.
  4. Line a pie dish with the pie crusts. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for at least 2 hours.
