  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry JELL-O mix in boiling water. Stir in cold water and mix well.
  5. Once the cake has cooled slightly, use a fork or wooden skewer to poke holes all over the top of the cake.
  6. Slowly pour the JELL-O mixture over the cake, making sure to fill the holes.
  7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  8. Before serving, spread whipped topping over the top of the cake and garnish with fresh strawberries.
