Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.

In a small bowl, mix together the apple pie filling, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Spoon the apple mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
