Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 1.5 cup Canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Gradually whisk in the evaporated milk until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Serve with whipped cream.
