Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pie crust
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, cheddar cheese, sour cream, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Slice and serve.
