  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and jalapeno peppers.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk until it is warm but not boiling. Add the melted butter and beaten egg to the milk.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round bun.
  7. Place the buns on a greased baking sheet, cover with the kitchen towel, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Brush the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
