Ingredients
  • 115 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 115 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 50 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 30 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  4. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Add the flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl and mix until smooth.
  6. Grease four ramekins and divide the batter evenly among them.
  7. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cakes rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate, tapping gently to release the cake.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
