Ingredients
  • 2.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the Irish cream liqueur and milk. Begin and end with the flour mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once the cake is cooled, dust it with powdered sugar before serving.
