In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then fold gently until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

In a chilled bowl, whip the whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until stiff peaks form.
