Ingredients
  • 400 gram Chicken Breast
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Frozen Peas
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 50 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 sheet Puff Pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and shred.
  4. In the same skillet, add carrots and peas. Cook until slightly tender.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat.
  6. Slowly pour in chicken stock and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  7. Add shredded chicken back into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  8. Divide the chicken mixture into four individual oven-safe dishes.
  9. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into four circles, slightly larger than the dishes.
  10. Place a puff pastry circle on top of each dish, pressing the edges to seal.
  11. Cut a small slit in the center of each puff pastry to allow steam to escape.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
  13. Let the pot pies rest for 10 minutes before serving.
