  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and shred.
  4. In the same skillet, add carrots and peas. Cook until slightly tender.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat.
  6. Slowly pour in chicken stock and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  7. Add shredded chicken back into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
