  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour individual cake molds.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the Vin Santo wine and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake molds.
  7. Place a few grapes on top of each cake.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cakes to cool in the molds for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
