Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Pizza dough
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounce Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 4 equal-sized circles.
  3. Grease 4 individual oven-safe ramekins.
  4. Press each circle of dough into a ramekin, covering the bottom and sides.
  5. In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread a spoonful of the sauce mixture onto the dough in each ramekin.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, bell pepper, and onion.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings.
  9. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Carefully remove the pot pies from the ramekins and serve hot.
