  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the mashed potatoes and frozen peas. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well. Remove from heat.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. Roll out one puff pastry sheet and line a pie dish with it.
  8. Pour the potato filling into the pie dish.
  9. Cover the filling with the second puff pastry sheet and seal the edges.
  10. Brush the top with oil and make slits for steam to escape.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Allow the pie to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy!
